A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica.

My philosophy:

You are worthy.

You aren't alone.

You can have an amazing, fulfilling, and connected life.

There is nothing you have done, felt, or experienced that can diminish your infinite worth as a human being.

I'm an avid reader, mom of 3 kiddos, Yankee transplant, and clinical social worker. I have been shaped by each and every one of my experiences, good and not-so-good, and love to hear about other's experiences.

I've been told I see things, explain things, and generally think about things a little differently than others do. In practice, I've found that this helps me help people who have struggled through therapy in the past and feel like they've hit a wall. It also has aided me in being able to untangle some complex overlap in issues with my clients, meaning that instead of going to several different specialists, we can shift focus between the co-occuring issues as needed.

One of my favorite quotes is,

Just when it thought the world was over,

The caterpillar became a butterfly.

I have been truly honored to work with individuals who have endured unfathomable pain and trauma and help them gain a deep sense of worth, purpose, and recovery.

If you are interested in seeking therapy for you or your loved one, reach out and let's chat about how therapy may be right for you.
