I'm an avid reader, mom of 3 kiddos, Yankee transplant, and clinical social worker. I have been shaped by each and every one of my experiences, good and not-so-good, and love to hear about other's experiences.

In practice, I've found that this helps me help people who have struggled through therapy in the past and feel like they've hit a wall. It also has aided me in being able to untangle some complex overlap in issues with my clients, meaning that instead of going to several different specialists, we can shift focus between the co-occuring issues as needed.
